Associate Professor | R&D Coordinator | PhD Guide specializing in Financial Analysis & Banking Research
With a PhD from DAVV University and over a decade of academic leadership, I specialize in financial analysis, banking research, and management education. Currently serving as Associate Professor and R&D Coordinator at SAGE University, I am passionate about bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.
I hold an MBA and a Ph.D. in Finance, with academic and research interests spanning Finance & Accounting, Banking, and Investment Planning. With nearly 14 years of experience in academia, I bring a blend of scholarly insight and practical engagement to teaching, research, and institutional development.
To me, mentoring is more than a transfer of knowledge—it is a deeply creative and transformative process. It serves as a cornerstone of my professional journey, fueling my perseverance and broadening my perspectives across various dimensions.
Over the years, I have guided Phd students and mentored numerous postgraduate students, published research papers in Scopus- and UGC-listed journals, and contributed to the academic community through Management Development Programs (MDPs), Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and both national and international conferences. My academic contributions also include handling consultancy projects and submitting competitive research grant proposals.
I have authored multiple research publications, secured 3 patents and 5 copyrights, and continue to innovate through interdisciplinary initiatives.
Comprehensive analysis of banking systems, financial markets, and economic trends in the digital era.
Exploring consumer psychology and digital marketing strategies in the modern business landscape.
Investigating the transformation of education systems and technology adoption post-pandemic.

I am always interested in collaborating on research projects, guest lectures, academic consultations, and PhD guidance opportunities. Whether you're looking for expertise in financial analysis, banking research, or management education, I'm here to contribute to meaningful academic and professional endeavors.
